Cabernet Sauvignon - A dry, dark red wine with a great flavor and oak finish.
Cabernet Franc - Berry and a hint of oak.
Chambourcin - Dark, with a berry finish.
Winfield Red - A red wine blend.
Fredonia - Silver Medal winner at the 2007 Pennsylvania Farm Show. Semi-dry red wine.
Eye of The Storm - A red wine blend, semi-dry with a great taste.
Winfield Country Red - Gold Medal and Best American Variety Wine at the 2007 Pennsylvania Farm Show. A semi-sweet red with crisp fruit flavors.
Concord - Semi-sweet and bursting with Concord grape flavor; just like eating from the vine.
White Wines
Chardonnay - Dry, with a very crisp fruity aroma and lightly oaked finish.
Pinot Grigio - Dry, crisp and smooth.
Seyval - An off dry citrus flavor and a nice crisp off dry finish. Goes well with chicken and fish.
Vignoles - Bronze Medal winner at the 2007 Pennsylvania Farm Show; semi-dry with crisp citrus and pineapple flavors and a long-lasting finish.
Riesling - Silver Medal Winner at the 2008 Pennsylvania Farm Show. Crisp, lasting flavors of apple and pear.
Winfield Country White - Semi-sweet grape overtones and a long, sweet finish.
Diamond - Gold Medal Winner at the 2008 Pennsylvania Farm Show. Semi-dry with a smooth, crisp and fruity finish.
Niagara - Intense fruity and grape aromas and flavors in a semi-sweet wine.

Blushing Bride - A semi-dry blush wine with a citrus and crisp finish.
Winfield Blush - A semi-dry blush wine wtih a nice crisp and fruity finish. An excellent before- or after-dinner wine.
Pink Catawba - Bronze Medal Winner at the 2008 Pennsylvania Farm Show. Pink and semi-sweet, with a balanced taste and clean smooth finish.
Cherry - Semi-sweet cherry.
Blackberry - A great-tasting blackberry wine, made from Pennsylvania blackberries with a nice berry finish.
